Know where you are before you begin...
We know you will have success in all of our classes, personal training programs or 12-week total fitness programs. Our fitness evaluations are a valuable tool for us, to determine your current level of fitness so that we can make reccomendations and even customize a package that will be right for you. The evaluations are also an interesting and valuable tool for you! We have found that most people mark success on the scale, weight loss = success. Whereas this can be true, there is far more to your overall fitness than the number on the scale. This evaluation encompasses all five aspects of fitness and marks a starting point that we can refer to and compare as you progress in all areas from weight and body mass to cardiac fitness and muscle endurance.
The test includes:
*Resting Heart Rate
*Strength Testing
*Local Muscular Endurance Testing
*Flexibility Testing
*Cardiovascular performance testing
*Body Mass Index
*Body Compostition Testing
*Girth Measurements
This test takes approximately 40 minutes. Please wear shorts, sneakers and a short sleeved shirt. A full fitness evaluation report will be generated and emailed within 24 hours of your visit.

Private Personal Training
1 Hour Session - $50
Personal Training Package $360
Package includes: 12 One Hour or 24 Half Hour Sessions and a Fitness Evaluation
Our highly qualified and experienced personal trainers work together to design the perfect personal training program to suit your individual needs.
Core strength is the basis for all of our personal training programs. Clients will progressively and safely increase work capacity steadily gaining strength, endurance, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness. Clients can expect a challenging, balanced full body workout that will focus on engaging all core muscles while incorporating multi-joint functional, body weight exercises, kettlebells, stability balls, medicine balls and resistance bands.
We even design “To-Go Workouts” to keep you on track while you are out of town.

PNF Stretching
30 minutes $40.00
PNF stretching is often a combination of passive stretching and isometrics contractions. In the 1980s, components of PNF began to be used by sport therapists on healthy athletes. The most common PNF leg or arm positions encourage flexibility and coordination throughout the limb's entire range of motion. PNF is used to supplement daily stretching and is employed to make quick gains in range of motion to help athletes improve performance. Good range of motion makes better biomechanics, reduces fatigue and helps prevent overuse injuries. PNF is practiced by physical therapists, massage therapists, athletic trainers and personal trainers. PNF Stretching is a fantastic compliment to any exercise program. Most clients have found PNF stretching to be as beneficial as massage.

Private Yoga Instruction
60 Minutes $50.00
Private Yoga instruction is a great way to introduce your body and mind to the practice of yoga. With private instruction I will tailor the yoga postures and asanas to your individual needs and unique abilities. Private classes offer individualized attention in a fun, relaxed and supportive environment. Whether you have never tried yoga before, want to give special attention to an injured area, would like to deepen your existing practice or simply want to relieve stress, we can work together to create a yoga experience designed to fit your goals. Practicing yoga on a regular basis helps you tone and strengthen your muscles, increase your flexibility, improve your breathing, clear your mind and bring a sense of peace into your life. Private classes give you the necessary foundation of knowledge and experience so that you can develop your own personal home practice, or have more confidence to join group classes.
